The accommodation has a rich history that starts before 1750 as a sheep farm. Then the oldest part is built for a farming family to live in. In 1764, the second part is built for a second family with a place for animals. Together, these two parts form the old barn at the front of the house. These rooms are not yet accessible to guests.
A third part, the current living room was built around 1800 so that a third family could occupy the property. Below the living room is an old barn, now used for storage, heating and pipework. When the kitchen is attached, a so-called summer kitchen is also created. By then it will be in the 1900s. The summer kitchen is for you guests to use for washing machine and pool stuff, among other things.
In the following years, a separate WC and a bathroom with WC are made and 2 of the 3 families move to other farms. To complete the main house, all the separate parts are joined by 3 bedrooms on the south side. 1 large “master” and 2 smaller ones.
A wooden chalet and barn can also be found on the property. These are used for storage and private use when the owners themselves use the accommodation. As a tenant, you are always alone in the accommodation for complete privacy.

The layout
The house consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen that was recently renovated. There is a comfortable corner sofa with smart TV. Games and books are in the cupboard. There are several cupboards to store your own things. Between the sofa and the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table.
The kitchen was completely renovated in 2024 with new appliances, such as an oven, 3-burner induction hob and dishwasher. There is also a separate microwave oven, a large fridge with separate freezer compartment and, for coffee, a choice between a Nespresso machine or filter coffee.
Adjacent to the living room you will find a separate toilet and a bathroom with a 2nd toilet, shower and washbasin. Hairdryer is provided, the mirror has touch-led lighting.
Down a small flight of stairs you enter the hallway with access to the 3 bedrooms.
- Bedroom 1 - the master with a 180x200 bed and a large linen cupboard
- Bedroom 2 - with a 160x200 bed and a linen cupboard
- Bedroom 3 - 2 single 90x200 beds. A separate cot is available
All beds were replaced October 2024 with high-quality box springs from Linen at Work.
